After graduating from The University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing she worked in within the Financial sector before moving into the Media Industry.
As the General Manager of Southern Cross Austereo Wagga, she is actively involved in the local business community, finding new and innovative ways to assist businesses to promote themselves and grow to their full potential.

Tim is the founder of Sheather’s Painting, starting the business in 2012 from painting one home a week to having a team of over 20 painters and office staff, Tim’s ability to create a loyal and hardworking team of painters means you know you’re always getting the best service and advice.
Tim has grown his team to be one of the largest painting companies in regional NSW and is dedicated to service and giving the best possible product they can.
No job is too big or too small for Tim and he is more than happy to project manage other trades to get the job done.

Katy says she has a real passion for getting to know people and their businesses, helping them understand the financial side of their business and assisting with implementing processes to help them achieve their goals.

Lara was raised in Wagga Wagga completing schooling and university locally, and has recently returned home after 12 years in Sydney building a career in banking and finance. Lara is the Business Banking Executive at NAB based in Wagga Wagga and is responsible for both the Agribusiness and Business Banking teams in the area.
With a 15 year career in banking Lara has developed a wide range of skills and experiences in leadership, employee engagement, strategic development and delivery, stakeholder management, as well as proven strong delivery on performance, growth, community and customer outcomes.
Lara is happy to be back home and is excited about the opportunities that await, with a passionate focus on empowering regional businesses and communities to prosper.

No two days are the same and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
