The Wagga Business Chamber Leadership Program has been developed to help local businesses build stronger leadership capability from within.
Many business owners, managers and team leaders are expected to lead others without ever receiving formal leadership development. The result can be challenges with staff engagement, communication, accountability, performance and workplace culture.
Designed for business owners, managers, supervisors and emerging leaders, this practical program provides participants with the skills, confidence and tools to lead people effectively, strengthen workplace culture and improve team performance.
