Join us for the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)

During this meeting, we will propose a special resolution to change our existing constitution to better align it with the model constitution.
The review was undertaken to ensure our governance framework reflects current best practice.
Key reasons for the update include:
- The constitution has not been revised since 2018
- Alignment with the Model Constitution under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (updated June 2024)
- Inclusion of recommendations from Business NSW
